In the dynamic world of investments, personalisation and exclusivity have become pillars for those seeking not only financial returns, but returns aligned with their goals.

Structured funds emerge as a sophisticated solution, offering a tailored structure to meet the needs of investors, designed to meet the specific needs of professional and institutional investors.

receivables investment fund

Turn your receivables into immediate working capital and secure stable financing for your operations.

A FIDC (Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios, a receivables investment fund) makes it possible to structure financing solutions both for clients, through the advance of receivables and the financing of sales, and for suppliers, through the advance of payments and the organisation of the supply chain. In both cases, the structure can reduce the cost of capital, broaden access to funds and create a source of financing that is complementary to, and independent from, traditional bank credit.

Maud structures and manages bespoke FIDCs, from defining the legal and financial architecture to selecting the receivables, including continuous monitoring of the portfolio and communication with unitholders, clients, suppliers and the other participants in the structure.

corporate exclusive fund

Capital, liquidity and strategy in a structure of your own.

The corporate investment fund is a solution for companies that want to make their financial structure more sophisticated, connecting financing needs to the capital markets while bringing tax efficiency to the investment portfolio of their partners.

This structure makes it possible to organise fundraising, cash, investments and financial policy in a vehicle of the company's own, designed to support growth, preserve resources and broaden the decision-making capacity of the company and its partners.

private equity investment fund

Structure your company's growth with intelligent capital

A FIP (Fundo de Investimento em Participações, a private equity investment fund) is the CVM-regulated vehicle for injecting capital into companies, with a governance structure, legal protection and alignment of interests between the investor and the investee company.

Maud manages FIPs focused on companies in expansion, succession or restructuring processes. We structure the fund, conduct the due diligence, establish the governance and monitor the portfolio actively.

*Applicable to distributed income (amortisation, redemption or liquidation of units), provided that the fund meets the concept of an "investment entity", under Law No. 14.754/2023 and CVM regulation.

real estate investment fund

Your capital in the real estate market. Without the headaches of the property

A Real Estate Investment Fund (FII) allows your company, or you as an investor, to access the real estate market in a structured way — with professional management, efficient taxation and without having to deal with tenants, refurbishments or notary offices.

Maud structures and manages exchange-listed FIIs, with diversified portfolios and a strategy aligned with your goal: recurring income, long-term appreciation or wealth efficiency.
